36-Hour Basic Tank Installer: OAC 1301:7-9-11

Each person seeking to become a Licensed Tank Installer in Ohio is required to take at least 36 Hours of basic instruction in the removal, installation, and upgrade of underground fuel storage tanks and systems. This class satisfies that requirement. This course also fulfills the tank inspector 36 Hour Training requirement for CUSTI's and Inspectors.

• Class Fee: $1,000.00

• The State of Ohio BUSTR Tank Installer Examination fee of $325 is not included in the cost of the class

• After you complete the 36-hour course: You must make reservations with the State Fire Marshalls Office to take the exam. Please review their UST Installer 2023 Exam Schedule on The State Fire Marshall's website for scheduling and fees. (you will also receive their schedule in class along with their application) 

 Payment is required three weeks prior to class.

21-DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE REQUIREMENT:
If you skip this class or cancel after the 21- days prior required notice you will not be refunded.
If you decide not to attend this Class and wish to be refunded you must give 21-day advance notice.

CLASS DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
This Class requires a minimum Attendance. If there are not enough people to attend, the class may be rescheduled at MAST's discretion.
